Huge thank you to Anita for helping me plan this trip. I had an idea of my itinerary, but decided to reach out to her for help with finding a hotel with particular accommodations within my budget. She worked diligently to find me a hotel based on the needs I requested. She was always very responsive when I had questions and even delivered a printed itinerary before I left for my trip. She occasionally checked on me throughout my vacation, and when I returned. When I had an issue with the hold on my card from the hotel, she didn’t hesitate to call on my behalf and get the issue resolved. I was nervous planning my first post-pandemic international trip so I enlisted Anita’s help because it had been 5 years since my last international trip so I was really rusty on international trip planning and I was overwhelmed just thinking about where to start. Anita is everything I want in a travel agent.
